Hi,
My sister & her husband & their daughter applied for B2 tourist visa yesterday at mumbai consulate. I am in USA since 6 years and i was on H4 visa as dependent on my husband (H1B visa holder). I started working H1 visa since 6-7 months and i was sponsor for their visit.
Officer asked about their jobs, about my visa status, since how long i am in US. After that officer asked my sister if my parents has visa & she said yes. On that answer they were rejected visa stating that they are not qualifying for visa.
Is it good idea to apply for visa again ? Situation of me being in US is going to be same for some more time so can they still get visa ? Should they use me as sponsor again or they should apply on their own? We can not change any situation. They are just planning to visit me for 1 - 2 months time and they were well prepared with all the required tie backs in India. As sister's husband has permanent job in India, he do not intent to stay in USA for more than given time frame.
Can someone suggest?
Thanks!
