Hello,
I have been searching like crazy for an answer to this but I do not find anything concrete anywhere.
So, I have a question regarding what you are authorized to do on the ESTA (the VWP).
Because on the VWP you are allowed the following (copied from .gov):
"attend short-term training (you may not be paid by any source in the United States with the exception of expenses incidental to your stay)".
My question is what is considered as "training" in this sentence, and also, if expenses as hotel, flights, public transportation are considered incidental?
