Please help - Father retired, working as admin

My father is retired govt. employee receiving pension and works as a admin in charge. He does not work for any salary. In addition to the employment letter for the admin job, do we need to worry about any tax related documents for the admin job? Would the consulate ask about it?

Can you be more clear about your reply on what you mean by evidence? For the admin job, is a employment letter enough or tax documents are needed? We dont have any tax documents as such. Please specify. Thanks
