Can you change from English to Tamil appointment?

Hi, My dad'd visa(who is 67) got rejected in Chennai consulate since he didnot have his source of income - passbook since he is a pensioner. Now, I tried to reapply for another interview and I didnot get any interview dates in Tamil - always dates not available message comes for Tamil. what do I do?

But, once (during a short interval) I got Tamil and finished ds-156,157 forms but I got the interview letter saying that the interview will be in English in Oct 2006. How do I change it to Tamil? Please share your experience!

If the inteview is confirmed, you cannot change the language.
If you need to change it, cancel current one and create new one with Tamil language
