Hello,
One of my single siblings will be applying for a b2 visa soon but she was denied back in 2011. In 2000, she was granted a tourist visa which expired in 2010. In that occasion she only had one entry but lasted 1 year after applying and being granted a 6 month extension on top of the original 6 months at the port of entry, she got a Social Security number during that visit, I don't recall for what specific reason we did it since she didn't work.
When she applied in 2011, I had not filed an I-130 for her but upon her visa denial I filed a I-130 petition for her. In the last D-160 we added the social security information, what can she say why she got a social security number?
Thanks for any advice.
