Hello,
I recently applied visitor visa for my in laws and Niece (5yr old with parents expired in an accident ) although my in laws were complete legal guardians visa is rejected for my niece and approved for my in laws in the same interview, without asking any questions apart from about the parents. We waited for 1 month and applied 2nd time again for my niece with all supported documents this time it is a Dropbox as she is under 14yrs old. However, person who was collecting the documents didn't bother to take any supported documents and took only (conformation letter,ds-160 ,visa copies of my in laws and death certificated of parents) she rejected taking other supported documents(consulate letters,affidavits and court orders) . So, just wanted to know what are my chances for approval and in case of rejection again how to proceed further??
