Changes in DS-156

I filled the question purpose of travel in DS-156 as visting my daughter ,now I want to add tourism to it(visting daghter and tourism).But when I try to change it online , it would not let me submit the changes as it prompts me to select State on item 2 which is in fact de-selected.


Please advise.
