Hi --
I am applying for renewing my parents US visitor visa. I accidentally paid the fees twice using online funds transfer (NEFT) via my ICICI bank. I haven't had much luck reversing the second (duplicate) transaction, and am asked to wait 24hrs before anything can be done regarding this issue.
I was told that this payment is valid for 1 calendar year and that it is possible for other friends / family to leverage this payment towards their visa application --I think it needs to be the same US visitor visa renewal application. Does anyone know if this is true & how this can be done? And if there's anyone here who can leverage this payment?
