visitor visa got rejected... need some advice

my parents appointmetn was for 2nd may in mumbai. it got rejected i thin kbecause of insufficient funds in my parents accounts. they had 10 lakhs in their joint account. as they moved from mumbai to nashik recently they had a recent statement to show the balance. my parents were going to buy the return tickets and we were going to take care of the expenses here.

my father worked in a private firm and retired about 10 years back. so he gets no pension and my mom is a housewife. they dont have any property nor do i or my brother with whom they stay in India. my father while he was working didnt earn enough (about 5000 per month). they were rude and insulted them by saying that "you are too poor to go to US"

when should i reapply? my husband can sponsor he earns 50000 pa. what documents should we submit this time.

i am homesick and my parents have not yet seen my new born baby.. need them to come over badly. please help

If you were going to cover their expenses in the US you should have sent I-134. By ignoring such things it costs dissappointment not only to us but very severe one to our parents in india. Even 5-10 K on I-134 would have been sufficient.

Anyway, now when you are ready to sponsor make sure you send I-134, show

my parents visa got rejected as the vo thought that the funds were not sufficient to travel to the US. but they didnt give any reason in qwriting. they stamped the passport as "received applications but unlike other people on this forum we dont know under what section their visa got rejected. how can i reapply without knowing that?

please advice
