I am filling online ds160 form. I need some help. the question is given below :

Q) Have you traveled to any countries/regions within the last five years ?

I have visited many countries in 2010. Should I write these countries in this question ? because question is asking about within 5 years ?
anybody have idea. Should I write whole travel history or only within 5 years ?
