  • Sponsor docs from more than one child in USA????

Here is a short description of my parents case:-
My mom's visa has been rejected twice once while she appeared with my Dad and younger sister in 2000 and the second time when she applied alone back in 2004.
Dad has been rejected once in 2000.
In 2000 my parents had applied along with my unmarried sister who was then 18 years old.The reason to come to usa was - attend my husbands(son-in-law's) graduation ceremony - they were self sponsoring and had more than 1.5 crore worth of property/business and other assests in india. They were told that they cannot be granted visa because attending son-in-laws graduation is not a valid reason!! Back then both me and my husband couldnt sponsor them since he was on F1 and I was on F2 visa (without any solid income) -We also think that since my unmarried sister applied with them they might have been rejected.

Second time in 2004 when my mom applied alone - I sponsored her since I had started working and was on H-4 -we had sent all the related documents including our joint bank balance w2 and tax returns, she was asked why her husband didnt want to join her on the trip - she said he was busy with his business and that my sister was in college so he needed to take care of her.
They asked if she was coming for my delivery - she said no - because that was the truth! They said we can allow you visa if you try again with your husband and if you daughter is pregnant !!!!!!!!!!
Anyways... my sister got married to a US citizen last year and is on greencard here since Dec 2005.
    Following are my questions:-

    1. Since my dad still has his full flourishing business - we are thinking they can self sponsor. They can show about 2-3 crores of property/assests/business etc... Will this be good enough? Which would be kind of a tie they can show to india as well!

    2. (To be on the safer side)Should my sister send I-134 to sponsor them as well? Since my sister doesnt work can her husband(us citizen - has a good job earns well and has good property and savings) send a I-134 and other docs...

    3. Me and my husband are both on AOS EAD - both of us work and have respectable jobs plus house and other property and savings ? Should we also send I-134?

4.If its only me or my sister sponsor who do you think would be better to sponsor them (just in case)?

    5. On immihelp https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visitor...sor-documents/ It says if parents have more than one child in usa - you should send relevant docs of both the children.. What are the docs both of us should send whether sponsoring or not?

    6. Since They will be visiting both of us do we both need to send an invitation letter?

    7. My mom's mother(71) stays with my parents for 6 months everyyear - can this be shown as a tie to india along with the property and assests? Is a photo good enough proof of this or do they need my grandmother's entry in the ration card or any such legal document to support it? My grandmother lives other six months with my mom's brother in mumbai.

I would really appreciate if I get answers to these questions... Specially requesting elite members Taco/dahlia/shwetaroa/ or anyone who has another sibling here and has sponsored their parents.

    Thanks,
    Suco

Thats a good enough amount for self sponsorship

    2. (To be on the safer side)Should my sister send I-134 to sponsor them as well? Since my sister doesnt work can her husband(us citizen - has a good job earns well and has good property and savings) send a I-134 and other docs...

either one of you be the sponsor.. since ur sis. is not working, better if u can sponsor.

    3. Me and my husband are both on AOS EAD - both of us work and have respectable jobs plus house and other property and savings ? Should we also send I-134?

Decide whether ur parents are self sponsoring or not. If not, u sponsor them. seems u are in a good position to do that..

4.If its only me or my sister sponsor who do you think would be better to sponsor them (just in case)?

    you

    5. On immihelp https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visitor...sor-documents/ It says if parents have more than one child in usa - you should send relevant docs of both the children.. What are the docs both of us should send whether sponsoring or not?

Copies of the Visa for non-sponsoring child will be enough along with all docs for the sponsoring child.

    6. Since They will be visiting both of us do we both need to send an invitation letter?

    One letter is enough

    7. My mom's mother(71) stays with my parents for 6 months everyyear - can this be shown as a tie to india along with the property and assests? yes, its a tie. A family photo will be enough. The more proof u have the better.
