I'm asking on behalf of my fiance, we've both applied for B2 visas, and made online profiles to apply for the visa (visa interview location is in kuala Lumpur, malaysia).
While mine has gone through, his is still stuck. They made him upload a passport copy for verification because I think there was a technical glitch which made him refresh the page twice or something. After uploading, it says that it'll be reviewed for verification and that he will be notified by email. Until now, he's not received an email.
We Called the embassy and they said to wait 24hours, but it's been more than 24 hours. Does this happen a lot? Has this happened to anyone else?
