Hi,
When I tried to get Affidavit for my parents for the property (They have original property documents, bank passbooks, FD receipts, ration card etc), from an notary public advocate, he said the affidavit needs to be given in a Stamp paper and not normal paper. So anybody can clarify if the affidavit needs to be necessarily given in a stamp paper or normal print out in a A4 sheet? Thanks in advance.
