Tourist Visa and Marriage in Russia Question.

If my girlfriend applies for a tourist Visa to the US and it is granted. The we get married in Russia. Can she still use the tourist Visa with her existing passport (maiden name) or does she need to reapply for the Visa with her married name?

This is a unique situation since we are not married and she is granted a tourist Visa. Does a subsequent marriage invalidate the tourist Visa?

She fully intend to reutrn to Russia to complete her university degree and we will apply for a spouse Visa to bring her to the US permanently.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

She can travel with that visa. She does not need new visa.

Please note that when woman marries, she is not required to change her name.
