Name mismatch of my mother in her and mine passport

Hi There,

Need help on this:

there is name mismatch of my mother in her and mine passport.

Her passport: Keshar

My Passport: Keshri

1. Would she get Visa as while showing relationship, name (her and mine) will not match.
2. Any problem after reaching to US at immigration?

She has to travel next month, so please advise.
