Query about eligibility for Interview Waiver Program

I had a B1/B2 class of US Visa without any annotation which got expired in October 2017. I am planning to travel to US with my parents in April 2018 and hence the necessity to apply for a fresh Visa. This time I wish to apply for B2 Visa. I would like to know if I qualify for Interview Waiver Program.
