H1b Visa got revoked during Port of Entry as per the section 212(a) (7) (A) (i) (I) o
I am seeking help from some one.
1) Can i go for H1b stamping again or not on the same approved I797
2) If yes, My employer is not ready to support further to provide for H1b VISA interview
3) My Spouse is working in USA, can i go for H4 visa stamping instead of H1b VISA immediately
4) If yes, what are the precaution need to take before H4 interview
