Hello,
I recently invited my sister law and she applied for a B2 visa. Unfortunately during interview CO refuse on 214(B).
My sister in law has previously been issues a B2 and she never overstayed her last visit. Secondly she has a stable job and has been working for last 15 years with same company. She told me, CO never review her documents.
While reviewing webpage where u schedule appointment, on question have you been previously issued a US visa, for some reason it was marked NO.
I am thinking about reapplying. It this a wise decision?
