Hi All,
Our parents visa was granted during todays interview @ chennai.
1: How many children you have?
2: So you have only one son?
3: Why would you come back ... what kind of obligations do you have?
4: What kind of cultivation do you do ... details please
5: How many tenants do you have .... who will take care of the issues while you are away...
6: Did you see your granddaughter before?
7: When was their last visit to India
They were in consulate for just about an hour. Interview was 10mins.

Concerns we had before going to interview(Apparently they are not an issue):
1) DS 156 , Q 37: I filled it as "working" and asked my dad to tell i am with pending I 485 and on EAD.
2) Property original documents were not taken to interview
3) Property evaluation letter was taken from CA
4) Bank balance was just 2 lakhs deposited 3 weeks before the interview. Before that, my dad never used to maintain balance in the bank account (smart guy
but he used to have regular transactions
5) Parents last name and my last name were not exact match
