Customs Declaration Form
My parents are simply bringing some clothes and small items (inexpensive) as gifts when coming to US. Do they need to fill out a certain amount in the item 14 on the customs declaration form that they have to fill out before landing in US? can they just put $0 in there? If they do have to write a value should they list out the items and their value in the back of the form as mentioned? Thanks!
