rescheduling/cancelling limits?

I finally was able to get an appointment for MIL on Nov 1st.
I am still looking for other earlier dates.

My questions are:
(1) Is there any limit to rescheduling (no of times?)

(2) If i cancel, i know that i need to enter the applications again -
is there any limit to that also (like ,you cannot cancel
more than once etc)

u can reschedule once without cancelling.

U can cancel and schedule again any number of times..
