Renewal of B1/B2 visa expiring in March 2018

Dear Administrator

Kindly advice :

I have a R B1/B2 Visa which is expiring in March 2018. I would like to get B2 Visitors Visa for me and for my wife.
We wish to Travel to US as visitors / tourists by April/ May this year. My questions are as follows:

1. Whether I need to under go finger print and interview process??

2. Whether I need any invitation from my people and Form I-134

3. What are the other requirements
