Retired father- source of income

Hi,
My father is retired and his only source of income is from investments like FDs, LIC scheme, etc which amounts to 1 lac/ annum.
He has property and other assets amounting to 70 lacs.
He has 2 sons- one in US (married) and other working in India (unmarried)
Mother has 10year visa and has visited the US for 2 months

I'm very worried about his source of income being an issue for the visit visa.
Was anyone else approved with a similar source of income?

I think its ok as far as u show proofs of those incomes. property of 70 Lakhs is good. Show other ties as well,

yes i have proof for that amount of income.
As for ties...he owns the house he lives in.
His extended family lives close by.
His son works in India

He also gets some income from agriculture.. about Rs5000/month
This is not shown in the IT returns. The only proof he has for this is the title deed for the agriculture land...is this enough?
