B2 Rejected Twice

My daughter applied when she was in final year of Dental surgery graduation. Although my wife and daughter were intend to travel together to visit my leder daughter who recently got job after MS, only my wife's visa sanctioned but my daugher's got rejected under 214(b). After a month we reapplied, it so appeared from their questions that they have already decided to denial and they did. Now my daughter is self employed and set up her own clinic, how good chances are there to get B2 visa. Do we collect any more proof that she intend to come back to home country.
