How to take appointment for chandigarh office?

I need to take appointment for visitor visa for my parents. They reside in Chandigarh. But when I went to vfs website they gave me an appointment for the New Delhi embassy. Where do I choose that I need appointment for Chandigarh office which is one of the regional vfs offices.

VFS is just a facilitator for VISa interviews. You will have to attend one of the 4 consulates for the actual interview itself. If Chandigarh is in the jurisdiction of the Embassy in Delhi then you need to go there for the interview.
