Visiting Visa between jobs

I have reserved for my parents visa interview on 26th may for their intended visit in July. At the time of filing out the online appointment application, I was working with a different employer .
Now i changed my job and applied for new H1 2 weeks back , at the time of their interview I will be working with new one.
i sent all my pay stubs and H1 petition belongs to old company. So Is there any problem at the time interview?Do they need to explain the situation?Are they allow my parents visa without copy my new H1 Petetion?
Is it better if i reschedule their interview after i get my new H1?
I am totally confused please help me.
