hello!
i am an army wife and engaged in software company. my husband who is us citizen have filed for I-130 but its taking too long to respond. Now, there have been talks about deployment. So, i have applied for B2 visa with time duration 3 months to spend some time and our marriage anniversary with him. we have document that he may soon get deployed. i had a contract with software company for a year and have my educational certificates on hold.

What are the chances of my visa approval?
please guide me..

Your husband can also call USCIS and try to expedite your case. Your case may not fall under any of the categories considered for expediting a case. But USCIS reviews all expedite requests on a case-by-case basis and requests are granted at the discretion of the office leadership so if your husband presents a compelling argument they may consider. You just never know.

in an ordinary visitor visa, they demand ties, proof of return and all that
i am visiting my husband. have signed a contract so i have to return even if i dont want to.
still, why?
what more do they need?
