Visit Canada on B2 visa

I'm looking to get a B2 visa to travel in US from May-Oct. A couple of questions:

1. Is it possible to get longer than 6 months? (looking for 8)
2. Is it possible to visit Canada for longer than 30 days? (would like 2 months)
3. Can I visit Canada more than once?

1. Six months at a time. You can apply for extension.
2. It depends upon the how long Canada allows you. That will be determined when you enter Canada.
