Hello Everyone,
i like to explain my situation
I recently scheduled an interview for my mom with my younger brother to visit to US. my aunt( Her sister) showed her sponsor letter and W2 forms. And also mentioned that she would take care of all the expenses when they visit here. the only missing piece was the financial documents.
The visa was rejected saying unable to show ties back in home country. My mom n brother said in the interview that my dad is in india, our house is in india and we shall return back in 3-4 weeks but still it was rejected.
I am working here on my OPT post masters and i recently got engaged here and looking to get married soon. i want to apply again only for my mom this time .
what are my options for documents? i am going to attached financial documents this time . shall i schedule the interview again for visiting her sister (or) shall i mention that she is coming to attend her son's marriage? if so will they ask why she didn't mention before about her son in US? we did not mention because we thought my aunt is sponsoring.
Im in a big dilemma and would like to get some legal advice promptly. appreciate all your suggestions
Thanks
