  • Visitor Visa for In-laws (B2)

    Hi,

I am planning to apply for a visitor visa (B2) for my in-laws. When I read online they need to have supporting documents for visa interview apart from sponsor documents.
Is it mandate? If so, they don't have any property or business. They work for daily wages.
Can you please suggest what documents they need to carry to support them?
Also, please advice if it is good to attend only my mother-in-law for the interview or both should attend?

    Appreciate your inputs.

    Thanks
    GV

Visitor needs to show they are able to pay for the US trip.

Therefore, either they have to show that they have enough money or someone else is willing to do so.

If someone else is willing (such as daughter, son-in-law), they have to send sponsor documents.

Its better if both attend the interview together.
