can my mom travel to Mexico(with me) on B1/B2 visa??

Hi

I am from Pakistan and work as an engineer in Mexico. Now, I want to take my mom to Mexico with me and have no intent(so far) to visit US. The only problem is, we dont have a Mexican embassy in Pakistan so the easiest for me is to apply for B1/B2 visa for my mom and use it to travel to Mexico.

My question is, if my mom goes for interview and say this to officer, what will be approval cahnes?

Any suggestion/comment how to increase VISA approval chances in this situation?

Please note that I have an L1(expired) and a valid B1/B2 visa

Why do you think the VO will give you US visa, because you want to go to Mexico?
