Help needed for B2 Visa Renewal

Hello Guys,

I need help, my in-laws applied for renewal of B2 visa after 10 years.

My situation is i applied for extension of stay beyond 6 months for them back in 2012 and was approved and they stayed for 2 months extra and left.


Now consulate in Hyderabad is asking for that extension copy for renewal but we don't have it anymore.

What to do to get it or any suggestions.

You will have to file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition with USCIS to get that again.
