Query on Transfering a valid Visa from an expired Passport to a new passport

Hello,

My wife got a 10 yr visa in 2009 - this was issued on Passport A . The Passport A expired in Sep17 and she got a new passport issued. She now has to travel to US in May18 . Is ther any way that the old visa can be transferred from the expired passport to the new passport.

If indeed there is such an option , whom should she contact and what is the procedure?

You cannot transfer the visa to new passport. You are required to carry both the passports while travelling. They will check the visa in the old passport.
