Transferring a valid visa form an expired passport

My wife has a tourist visa issued in 2009 valid for 10 years. She has NOT TRAVELLED TO USA ON THIS VISA TILL DATE. Since the passport on which this was issued expired in Sep2017, she now has obtained a new passport. She is now required to travel to USA in May 18. Is ther any method to transfer the visa from the expired passport to the new passport? Or will she have to apply for a fresh visa

If indeed there is an option ? what is the method/ process

She does not need new visa and she can't transfer the visa from the old passport into the new passport.

She would simply carry both the passports. No further action is required.
