prepone appointment

I tried using the retrieve application link to prepone the appointment but I never get to the calendar screen...has something changed?
Has someone used this link recently?
This is what I did;
click 'Apply for nonimmigrant visa'
click 'retrieve saved application'
click 'submit'
After this I get only 3 choices: Dowload modified application/ Back/ Save and exit
I tried all 3 choices and I never get to the calendar screen...what am I doing wrong?
Would really appreciate some feedback on this!

Prepone appointment

Hi,
If you already have an appointment and you just want to advance the appointment date then you should click on the "Cancel/Reschedule appointments" it will take you to next pages and ask for the details like name, receipt number, passport number and date of birth from this info the system will pull up your existing record and show the possible available dates, if you want to reschedule then you can choose the appropriate that is available. So, the key is you should click on the "Cancel/Reschedule appointments" button that is located on the top row.
