Ds-160 non immigrant visa

I badly need help. We're trying to apply for a non immigrant visa for my wife. Unfortunately we're struggling to move on to the next page because it keeps on asking either to stay on the page or leave the page then session timed out comes next. We can't move on to the next step or page. I highly appreciate any suggestions please. Thank you very much.
