URGENT !!! Property Documents Query

Hi,
I am planning to bring my parents to USA on a visit visa.
I have an unmarried brother and works in India.

My father is retired and has no income except for his minimal pension amount that he gets .my mom is a housewife. Me and my brother support them for their needs.

The question here is that we have a home loan in my name ( I am married ) and with mom as a co-applicant ( My property is in mom's name) for the loan.
The originals of the property documents are at the bank with whom we have the loan.

In such a scenario, what would I produce as the proof of property ..would the copies of the documents be enough..?

Is there any other supporting documents that I will have ask my parents to carry when they go for visa stamping.

can anyone please suggest??

Get a notarised property affidavit. Carry copies of property docs as well.

Carry propertry affidavit on stamp paper. Also carry original property docs.

But, How can I get the originals of the property documents from the Bank unless I close the home Loan completely?

Is it possible to get the originals from the bank without completely repaying the loan.?

I know I have the copies of the property documents.

I am in the same situation. My in-laws also has taken the loan on their house.

Can some one please tell me if the copies of those documents (+property Affidavit) are good enough for Visitor visa or is there a way to get the originals from the bank.

If you have a loan on the property, you don't really need to get the original documents from bank as they won't give them to you.

When you bought the property, did you have the contract? Deed? Something in original? You can carry that.
Also, did you have any agreement or paperwork for loan? Do you have original of that? You can carry that.
Combination of these two documents would be enough.
