Mismatch in the appointment letter

Hello,

I was about to print my appointment letter confirmation when I noticed a mismatch in the names. The "Applicant Name" has my full name correctly. However, the "Appointment Made By" has my name correctly, but it has my wife last name.

Every other section has my name spelled correctly. I was wondering how can I fix this and if this will hurt my chances to get the visa.

Do you happen to know where this field "Appointment Made By" is populated from or the purpose of it? I don't recall putting my wife's names anywhere when I created my profile to make the appointment.

Sometimes, this kind of error occurs based on auto population of form fields in the browser.
