Visitor Visa for disabled Father

Hi Guys,

Need your suggestions for applying visitor visa for my father.

1. He is disabled (80% vision lost). He needs an escort for visa interview. Can we get an escort or wheel chair to the interview ?
2. My mother passed away 5 years ago, should i mention it in sponsorship documents, is it going to be any problem ?
3. He is kind of retired, but have few properties under his name. Should i add any more for showing his financial status ?

I recently had a baby and would like to have my father with us for few months, Can i mention this reason in the invitation letter or sponsorship documents

What do you think the approval chances for my father.

1. That is something you will have to request to the consulate. It is up to them to allow or not.
2. It is irrelevant.
3. If he is retired, he is retired.
4. That is not a good reason to mention. Tourist visa should be kept for tourism.
