Visitor Visa for Sister

Hello All,

Me and my mother both naturalized US Citizens. Planning to get visitor visa for my sister in India. She is 52 Years old recent widow. She has been housewife through out her life. She has 2 children, both unmarried but have good jobs.

What are all the chances that my sister can get Visitor visa. Also, should I use Invitation letter from my mother or myself. Only I can sign Affidavit of support because mom has no income.

Any advise.. really appreciate it.

It is hard to predict the chances.
