Caught with drug parafilia

am a non immigrant and i arrived to chicago for a visit on my B2 visa.

I was carrying some rolling paper, rolling board and weed stash boxes. I did not have any drugs on me.

When i was searched by the officer, I was given hard time about the weed paraphilia i had on me. They questioned and giveme strict questioning and a body search.

He did something on the computer holding my passport and then let me go and i entered the US.

I am wondering if this went down on my record, if i apply for a us visit visa again will it be rejected. Im not sure what he did on the computer but he told me this went down om the record and system .

Do you i may not get a visa again because of this incident ? Will the visa officer have this on record next time i apply? Will the immigration office and entry port refuse my entry based on this incident the next time I arrive.

What implications can this have on my visit visa and renewal ?

Anything can happen next time you enter the U.S. Nobody can tell you the outcome of what was entered on your entry documentation.

You used very poor judgment in carrying cannabis paraphernalia through the Port of Entry, and you can only wait and see if there are any consequences to it being found by the entry officer.

Even though i was let go? He had no proof that this is drug paritilia, it could be for tabacco all he can proof.

Thanks. Is there a way to fight for this record to be removed bevause it was basically rolling paper and filters, he couldnt proof that it was for cannabis, it was all cleaned properly.

Since there was no contraband drug material, you committed no crime, so there is nothing to be removed. You can't change the observations of the officer, if recorded,
