I wanted to apply US Visitor Visa for my Niece, who currently lives in India. My niece age is 1 yr old and we are planning to check the possibilities of applying visiting visa for her without having visa for her parents. Could you please help me whether it is possible to apply visa for my niece with this situation. She would be travelling to US with her grandparents. Will there be any issue at the immigration in US for her entry?
