Hi,
I need information about transferring from B2 Visa to H4 Visa after marriage. My fiancee came to US over B2 Visa and got married with me (H1 Visa) in US only. She is completing her PhD from UK (United Kingdom) and would require to travel to-and-fro from USA to UK. Need guidance over filing her H4 Visa and what process would follow for her?
Just to be clear -
- She told vacation at Port of Entry (POE)
- She stayed more than 90 days before the wedding
- She holds Indian citizenship and will travel to UK for study purpose over student visa
- I am on H1-B Visa valid until 2019 (only approved extension, but require stamping)
