Few questions on B-2 Visa for family, Please advise!

Hi

I have invited all my family members (Parents, brother, brother's wife and brother's son) to my graduation ceremony.

1. Is it recommended to book a single visa slot for the entire family 'OR' 1 for parents and 1 for brother and his family
2. Should I mention all of their names in the travel companion information form in DS-160
