Appointment date is 5months away, when to get the docs ready?

Hello
I've an appointment for my in-laws on November.
Is that ok to send the docs like bank stmt, pay slip ready by now or should I wait until September/October time frame??
I know docs like affidavit, I-134 can be prepared now, but I just thought that it'll be more appropriate if I've docs like payslip,bank stmt,employer verification letter prepared around September/October?
or it doesn't matter?

send the docs a month to month and half before the interview. so that all the docs are upto dt.
