Mother got her visa

My mom's visa got rejected the first time under 214(b) in the month of March. she went again on May24 and this time she got the visa stamped for 10 years.
Now, by default any person falls under 214(b). It is upto us to prove we r not a potential immigrant. If you were rejected visa for a specific reason for the first time you should justify the reason for rejection when you go the next time. Most importantly it's the candidate's confidence and composure. In my case, my mom was least bothered about getting her visa (atleast she acted like that
They didn't ask for any supporting documents that we had sent her this time.

They can say last time they couldn't explain family ties. then VO officer will ask (hopefully) what are their ties in India then you parents can explain their ties and show propert affidavit and family pictures etc...Comment
