Help needed with Documents

I am putting together some documents I need to send back to my parents before their visa interview in sept.
Both my husband and I did not have our H1 and H4s stamped on our passport since they were issued here in US... now h1 and h4 has expired and we are using EAD and AP. Do we need to send the I-797 form for the expired H1/H4 petition?
Also I was wondering do I just send copies of my passport and EAD AP or do I send both mine and my husbands?
Same with my sister's documents does she and her husband both need to send copies of their passport/visas etc?

Sorry But I read the link and then had these questions.
In my case we DO NOT have H1/H4 stamp on our passports -It could be confusing as to what our status was between F1/F2 status and getting the EAD - So my question is do i just need to send the latest status that is AOS/EAD Advance Parole docs or even the expired H1/H4 petitions along with the passport copies??
