  • Affidavit of Support question

    Hi Friends,
In the year 2009, I had submitted the I-134 document requesting tourist visa for my in-laws (My wife was not working at that time). This year, my wife(She's is working now) is submitting the I-134 document requesting tourist visa for her sister. In the I-134 document, does she needs to say "No" for the following question?

Q22 "I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s)"

Also, as we will be bearing all expenses of my wife's family's expenses during their visit to USA, what option should be chosen for the following question
Q 38. I <> intend <> do not intend to make specific contributions to support of the person(s) in Part 2 (Information About the Beneficiary)

    TIA

I134 for B1/B2 visa for parents is not legally bound on the issuer. Did you submit your I134 for your parents to USCIS ?

If not, they doesn't know about that form - and you can say "No"
