  • Going on a cruise

I am here in the US on a B2 Visa. I have overstayed however my wife and I were married in July and as of February 20, 2018 I filed for my green card. I was wondering if you guys know if I am able to take a cruise? I have our marriage license, my notice of action confirming that i'm going through the green card process. Do any of you know what is needed to go on the cruise?

You already overstayed on B2 visa. Right now you do not have any valid visa, neither you have GC approved yet.

Depends on which cruise you are going, if there is any checking - you surely won't be allowed to enter in USA & your GC will also jeopardize.
