My wife has B-2 visa for past 8 years, with 2 more years to go. She visited USA multiple times in last 8 years. Last winter, we got married and I filed and I-130 for her, so she will come here as an immigrant. Until her I-130 is processed, can she still visit me using her B-2 Visa for few weeks? Are there any restrictions?

B2 is not a dual intent visa, which mean she will have to go back (out of USA). Since your immigration petition is already filed, she will be suspected as "potential immigrant".Originally posted by sumo5955 View Post
