My wife has B-2 visa for past 8 years, with 2 more years to go. She visited USA multiple times in last 8 years. Last winter, we got married and I filed and I-130 for her, so she will come here as an immigrant. Until her I-130 is processed, can she still visit me using her B-2 Visa for few weeks? Are there any restrictions?

High chances that she will be questioned or deported back.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
